The technical difficulties of the new energy radiator cooling fans are: low power consumption, narrow operating temperature range, high temperature control accuracy (±2°C) and high integration with the vehicle thermal management system. The engineers of our aftermarket electric radiator fan factory are working on these technical difficulties and are making breakthroughs in the following areas: optimizing the structure of the brushless motor; optimizing the pneumatic structure of the fan; optimizing the PWM control system; and improving the communication protocol.
